France and Son, originally named France and Daverkosen, was established in Denmark in the 1940s. The company described their furniture as ”made to last and last, sure to be loved and beautifully simple…” Tables and coffee tables were often made in teak, with more superior versions in rosewood. This elegant piece, in a stunning rosewood, dates to 1960s and is in very good vintage condition with makers stamp.
