Small kidney serving table in inlaid mahogany veneer. It is marked with a plaque signed ‘Frédéric Massin, 6, Faubourg St-Honoré’.
Its top shelf, bordered by an openwork brass gallery, is decorated with ‘sun’ marquetry.
The spacer shelf, below, also bordered by an openwork brass gallery, is decorated with frieze marquetry.
It rests on 2 cut and openwork red cherry legs ending in arches in the lower part and braced.
Period: 1900.
Perfect condition after restoration, stripping and waxing on a hard surface in our workshop.
