Vintage Design
These Sculptural Alky chairs are designed by Giancarlo Piretti in the ‘70s for Artifort.
Piretti is renowned for his innovative and functional furniture designs, particularly in the realm of ergonomic seating. The Alky chair reflects his design philosophy, focusing on comfort, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.
The chairs are reupholstered in the Pierre Frey Mombasa jacquard fabric. Made from wool, alpaca, and mohair blend with a checkerboard pattern.
Reminiscent of Pierre Paulin’s designs. Produced by Castelli and Artifort, 1970.
