Vintage Design
A magnificent late Victorian mahogany wardrobe of superb quality. The locks are stamped ‘Waring’ of the Waring & Gillows fame. The central section is bow fronted with a bank of drawers below a hand carved top door that opens to reveal a mini linen press with three sliding drawers which are mahogany lined, as with the lower drawers. The side mirrored doors still have their original hooks inside. The whole piece has a strong ‘Roccoco’ influence, with it’s carved arch top and beautiful cast brass handles, all sat on turned Turnip feet. Breaking down into five main sections for easier transportation and assembly.
