Louis The herringbone arrangement of the slab is noteworthy, creating elegant opposing mirrors, framed by a refined thread.
The folding door, veneered inside, hides drawers, open document compartments and a central door. The protruding frames on the front of this ancient Genoese flap are made of end wood. The front shaped apron is integral with the lower drawer.
The sides are made of solid walnut and rests on saber legs. It is in a good state of conservation, with signs of wear, deficiencies and defects compatible with the eighteenth century era. The piece of furniture comes from a private home in Milan and was restored by our laboratory.
