Mid-Century Scandinavian Yellow Armchair, 1960s

This beautiful vintage armchair was made in 1960s Yugoslavia. It is made out of smooth, dark brown wood in the style of Mid-Century modern Scandinavian design. The smooth, sweeping lines make for a very elegant visual. The seat has metal springs on the bottom, while the back is enforced with wooden dowels, so the seat is both comfortable and supportive where it counts. Included are new cushions made of thick woven fabric. They are a light yellow colour, verging on yellow-green that is a lovely complement to the dark wood of the chair frame. Striking, comfortable and surprisingly light, this is a perfect chair, whether you prefer a more modern or eclectic interior for your home!
